Roles and Responsibilities . • Processing and reconciliation of invoices • Following up payments as needed • Ensuring timely payment of debts • Responding to relevant client inquiries • Maintaining books of accounts in Tally. • Preparing & issuing Tax invoices, payments, expense booking, preparing & maintaining vouchers, bank reconciliation, petty cash, etc. • Well versed with Tally ERP software. • Purchase entry • Knowledge of GST . Knowledge of v-look up, pivot table, and H lookup is preferred. Desired Candidate Profile • Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts • Accurate, efficient, and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks as needed • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and accountancy software • Ability to maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal colleagues • Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with others • Possible qualification of B. com Job Types: Full-time
