📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Freight & Logistics Executive who can handle daily freight operations, vendor coordination, load matchmaking, tracking, and sales support. The candidate should have knowledge of logistics platforms like LOPB, FR8, TruckCentral, Blackbuck, Raaho, Loadboard, TruckTech etc.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Freight Operations

Daily load posting and truck availability management.

Matching loads with trucks (Logistic Matchmaking).

Coordinating with drivers, vendors, and transporters.

Monitoring vehicle movement and ensuring delivery timelines.

2. Tracking & Traffic Management

Real-time tracking of vehicles.

Updating status in system (loading, in-transit, delivered).

Communicating delays & resolving en-route issues.

3. Vendor Coordination

Maintaining strong relations with transporters, brokers, and truck owners.

Onboarding new vendors on platforms like FR8, LOPB, TruckCentral.

Negotiating rates and ensuring vehicle availability.

4. Sales & Client Coordination

Handling corporate clients' requirements.

Sharing freight rates, quotations, and follow-ups.

Coordinating with sales team for lead closure.

Managing customer queries and resolving issues.

📌 Required Skills

Knowledge of logistics/freight platforms (Blackbuck, Raaho, FR8, etc.)

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Ability to coordinate with drivers and clients.

Basic understanding of tracking tools / transport management.

Good in Excel (tracking sheet, MIS).

🎓 Qualification

Any Graduate

Experience in transport, logistics, freight sales preferred.

💼 Experience Required

0.6–3 years (Depending on your requirement)
