About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media — with a strong focus on YouTube thumbnails, brochures, logos, and social media graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, brochures, logos, and other social media creatives.
• Develop engaging visuals for websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and layouts to support storytelling and campaigns.
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools (CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Experience with UI/UX design or web graphics.
• Creative mindset with a strong portfolio of previous work.

Eligibility

• Freshers with a creative portfolio are welcome.
• Experienced designers will be considered for senior roles/higher salary brackets.
