Job Responsibilities Of Candidate : • Maintaining User desktops/Laptops. Verify that peripherals are working properly Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure. Installation and troubleshooting of various operating systems like Microsoft windows ,Ubuntu ,Linux. Installing and configuring the peripherals, components and drivers. Configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops and servers. Installing and Update the Antivirus at Client and Server Levels. Troubleshooting LAN, WAN Connectivity Related Problems. Responsible for providing software, configuration and client communication support to computer users. Responsible for providing support for operating system platforms, telephony, LAN/WAN network and printer. Responsible for coordinating with vendors for new procurements and logging a complaint with vendor if there are servers related issues. Responsible for providing assistance in performing information security procedures, virus software and DAT files upgrades. Responsible for updating complete details for desktop and server downtime. Responsible for conducting IT asset verification and update on a monthly basis. Responsible for updating antivirus software on all the systems assigned. Responsible for providing assistance in telecom infa. Knowledge of voice protocols such as VoIP, SIP Server, IP Phones Configuration, Voice Equipment, PRI / PRICard / GSM Gateway Configuration, Sever Handing, Report Management. Good Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 Network Troubleshooting, Ping, Trace Route, NsLookup, Speedtest. Responsible for SQL/Centos Server backup, Recording backup in daily/weekly/monthly basis. Candidate must have good knowledge of Good Knowledge of Computer Hardware/ Knowledge of Domain, Active Directory Key Skills/Training/Certification Of Candidate : Should have good Hardware and Networking knowledge. Troubleshooting of Windows/Linux PCs/Laptops. Installation of new software, hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations, anti-virus protection etc ) Provide support for Desktop / Laptop / Printer / handheld devices / Scanner related calls. Candidates having knowledge of Linux / Ubuntu will be preferred. Assists in all functions of IT support.
