The Job Description as mentioned below: Onboarding and management of the patient requiring home care service. Discuss medical history with the patient to acquire knowledge of healthcare requirements. Propose the right healthcare service package. Examine and diagnose patients, and create a treatment plan in consultation with the senior consultant. Delegate tasks to nurses and staff. Conduct routine checkups of the patient. Maintain monitoring of the home-bound medical staff as deployed with respect to the patient’s requirements Respond to patient questions and health concerns. Prescribe medications and suggest lifestyle changes. Review and retain orderly and well-kept patient records in the HIMS. Administer topical, oral, intravenous, or intramuscular medications when necessary. Communicate pertinent medical records to appropriate specialists as needed. Report diseases, births, and deaths in accordance with government rules. Additional Requirement: The candidate will need to visit the patient's house anywhere in Delhi NCR with the team for onboarding the patient and follow-up treatment. The candidate will need to coordinate between the nursing head and other staff members to provide the right healthcare service to the home-bound patient. The candidate will have to coordinate between the medical command center and the patient as and when required. Qualification required: Medical Graduate Degree - BAMS, BHMS, Physiotherapist Min Experience: must have completed their internship; Experience in homecare service will be preferred.
