Job Summary:

PageSkill is looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to manage the recruitment and onboarding process for our growing Telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top female talent for telesales positions, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for telesales roles, including job postings, resume screening, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Use various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases, etc.) to source candidates for telesales positions.
  • Ensure that the hiring criteria align with the company's objectives: women candidates, 12th pass or graduates, and both freshers and experienced candidates.


  • Interviewing and Selection:
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with the management team for final interviews.
  • Assess candidate suitability for telesales roles based on communication skills, experience, and company fit.


  • Onboarding and Documentation:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and any other necessary documents.
  • Coordinate training sessions for new recruits.


  • Workforce Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications and statuses.
  • Work with management to forecast recruitment needs and ensure smooth staffing.


  • HR Support:
  • Provide regular updates to the management on hiring progress.
  • Assist with general HR tasks as required, including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and team-building activities.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment (experience in telesales recruitment is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Apna, LinkedIn, or other job portals.
