Position – Recruiter HR Location – Gurgaon Experience – 1 to 3 years Qualification – Preferable MBA CTC – up to 3 LPA Roles Responsibilities sourcing profiles through various channels, taking telephonic interviews, headhunting, mapping, references. Research into Clients Company, competitors and marketplace. Telephonic screening of the profiles for technical fitment, behavioural fitment, stability, etc. as directed by the clients. Lining up candidates for interview. Follow-up with the candidates for post-employment reference checks, notice period negotiations, etc. till joining. Managing the offer process. Maintaining and developing candidate’s database and trackers. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job posting by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources. Desired Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hands on experience on Job portals like Naukri Good negotiation and convincing skills
