Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities NOTE : Candiddate preferred in MBA HR , (Should be experienced candidates for 3 years) Salary can be negotiable On boarding and Induction Check and collect all necessary documents as per the checklist, follow up & ensure that any pending documents (if any) are collected. Issue induction kit of employees including job description, appointment letter, welcome letter, ID card etc. Fill induction checklist and ensure proper documentation of joining files of respective employees. Conduct joining and induction process of new hires and ensure that the required orientation programs are provided in a timely manner. Statutory Compliance Facilitate ESI, PF registration procedure for new employees. To check all statutory components (PF,ESIC, Bonus,PT,LWF) are complied and carry out timely payment of the same. To check and ensure that TDS deductions are compiled as per government norms. Payroll To monitor and check attendance regularization for all employees. Support and execute payroll process by ensuring that the salary payout of unit happen within the specified TAT. To resolve any discrepancies in payout and answer queries. Recruitment Post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals. Source potential candidates within timelines and maintain a database of the same. Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands. Ensure timely communication to candidates on interview feedback. Prepare and issue offer letters to the selected candidates. Ensure proper background verification for selected candidates. Negotiate and discuss salary with selected candidates Employee Relations To check and update on all employee life cycle related activities like confirming transfers, promotion, unauthorized absence and resignation. To check, update and facilitate employee retention in case of resignation. To address and provide support to employee grievances. Separation To initiate and ensure a smooth exit process of the resigned employee. To recover all the assets from the resigned employee, and ensure proper hand over is done. To check that clearances are obtained from all the necessary departments in order for the employee to exit from the organization. Undertake the completion of exit interview and issue experience or relieving letters to the employees. To check and process gratuity and other settlements as part of F & F. Ensure that final settlement and relieving processes are completed as per Company policies. Additional Responsibilities Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries and provide assistance. Ensure that HR activities assigned are performed as per the existing company HR policies and norms. Ensure active participation in HR initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Provide support to management and employees on HR related issues.
