Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in IT products and services, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by promoting and selling a range of IT solutions. Your primary focus will be on selling desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office 365, firewall/networking products, surveillance products, and other related IT offerings to businesses and individual customers. You will work remotely and engage with prospects and customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities: Generate sales leads: Identify potential customers and proactively reach out to them via cold calling, lead generation campaigns, referrals, and other sales strategies to create a robust sales pipeline. Product promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of IT products and services to potential customers, highlighting how they can address their specific needs and improve their business operations. Consultative selling: Understand customer requirements and business objectives through active listening and probing techniques. Offer tailored solutions and make appropriate product recommendations to meet their needs. Sales presentations and demos: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone calls, web conferences, and virtual meetings to showcase the functionalities and capabilities of IT products and services. Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Quota achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals by closing deals and negotiating pricing and contract terms with customers. CRM management: Accurately document customer interactions, update sales activities, and manage customer data in the CRM system to track progress, report on sales metrics, and generate accurate forecasts. Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new IT products and services to provide insights and recommendations to customers and enhance your sales effectiveness. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as product specialists, technical support, and marketing to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the sales process. Continuous learning: Proactively enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to effectively position and differentiate IT products and services in the market. Requirements: Previous experience: Demonstrated experience in inside sales, telesales, or telecalling, preferably in the IT industry or selling similar products and services. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with IT products and services, including desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office 365, firewall/networking products, surveillance products, and their applications in business environments. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively. Sales acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills. Customer-centric approach: Passion for providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships. Self-motivation: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals. Technology proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales communication tools, and virtual meeting platforms. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving market dynamics, embrace new technologies, and learn new products and services. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
