Scope involves concept development, planning and execution; we provide interior designing, architecture, project management, project costing and budgeting, quality control, supervision and coordination of the entire project. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing clients (Reference clients / Existing clients / Exhibition or events clients / Advertisement / Online/ Calling / SMS / Email etc.) 2. Coordinate with internal telecaller 3. Handling direct clients and Indirect clients from channel partners 4. Site Visits for clients and brokers 5. Finding new opportunities & new leads for generating sales, collect competitors information. 6. Reviewing sales performance 7. Maintain required reports 8. To handhold clients through sales process from getting client till deal closure Project details, site visit, query resolution, Agreement & Registration, receiving payment, repair and payment) 9. Coordinate with other departments after client booking till closure 10. Candidates having good contacts and networking with Interior designers, consultant , Architects, dealer, distributor network Desired Candidate: • Experience in interior designers projects willing to take up sales role will be preferred. • Experience in real estate, architecture, projects based business will be preferred. .
