Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager with e-Commerce experience to work with our team and coordinate with the sellers. Manager’s role is to build a bridge between the operations team and the seller. Monitor, supervise and coordinate activities of subordinates in the inventory team. Daily and Monthly analysis and reporting of products availability as per master inventory. Manage physical and virtual inventory at organization and location level Meeting all the SLA’s as per process and procedures of Inventory department Understanding the trend analysis of the products consumed as per season and unique information to increase business. Prepare, manage, and update manuals / SOPs / Process, work and Material Flow charts as per requirements. Collaborate with all the departments to maintain consistency and uninterrupted flow of relevant information in all areas of work. Understand, define and analyse business needs and requirements for Operation teams, Local Vendors and Higher Management. Have close attention to detail and monitor inventory across Brands/Categories/Subcategories and prevent stock outs with accurate forecasting and inputs for procurement planning. Conduct competitor research for product pricing liaising with all the vendors to get regular updates on available inventory, new product launches, variant addition/deletion, packing changes, discontinued products and their replacements etc. To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the Materials received from vendors as per the master product sheet. Monitor and Supervise maintenance of data for Day-to-Day receipts and consumption of products in orders with verifiable records and documentation. Regular market analysis of fast-moving products and their availability and TAT of procurement Well versed with record management of the Inventory in more than one location and maintaining sufficient stock of same. Manage stock in/out flow as per the laid down policies. Keep track and record of limited shelf life products and their physical inventory at organization and location level. Basic understanding of Project Management to optimize utilization of the resources by usage of Google analytics, analytics reports.  Any other work assigned by the reporting manager or the top management Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 3 Years of experience as an Inventory Manager (preferably for an e- commerce company) Inventory forecasting/reporting of past/present and future consumption trends/ analysis. Experience of creating processes, policies and procedures Can analyze requirements, define specifications and interpret complex data BBA/MBA/B Tech/ BE /BCA/MCA or relevant working experience Advance knowledge/computer courses in Inventory Management, ERP solutions /Applications would be an added advantage Basic knowledge of data management systems and analytical tools Strong understanding and actual hands-on experience across complete MS office Suite Communication Skills and Language: Excellent communication skills in English ( both spoken and written). Working knowledge of Hindi and or Telugu and or Kannada (spoken only) is preferable. Liaising and coordination across multiple domains and teams. Is adaptive to changes and moulds according to the situation. Technology Orientation: Comfortable in working/understanding of existing technologies and able to explore variety of new and upcoming technologies, tools and processes to bridge the gap between users and technical teams Innovation and troubleshooting. Should be able to think out of the box and perform accordingly Result oriented and task achiever: Should be able to consistently be able to supervise and coordinate completion of all tasks assigned to him and his team. Comfortable with doing repetitive work on a daily basis. Is adaptive to changes and moulds according to the situation. Job Location: Hyderabad Shift: Regular shifts 10 AM to 7.00 PM IST (currently Saturdays are working days as well)
