Job Description

Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience Skills and Responsibility • Service desk experience in providing telephonic support to customers • Excellent Communication Skills • Managing the central mailbox and addressing the user queries • Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards; • Helpdesk (Ticket Logging, dispatching & email support) • Providing application function support_L1 (Will get trained about the application) • Liaison & co-ordinate with Vendor/Escalating the issue to L2 on time • Ultimate responsibility for ownership of all customers incidents or logged service requests • Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards; • Sending the daily reports - Logged, Resolved, Open tickets [Pending with L2] • Ability to work in isolation & to drive resolution in line with support requirements. • Willing to learn & adapt to changing environment. Drive for results. • Basic knowledge in POIS+, Concur (preferred) Qualifications • BCA, B-Tech in Computer science or IT or equivalent • Diploma in Computer Science
