Job title: IT recruiter (US staffing) Location: Noida, sector 63 **Earn Commission on every successful placement** Responsibilities and Duties • Work independently and under the supervision of the Team Lead and the Business Development team to search and find the right US-based resources for US requirements • Search for US candidates using DICE, LinkedIn, Monster, and candidates databases (it would be nice if the recruiter has their own sources of candidate databases that they can bring) • Responsible for end-end recruitment process - understand the requirement, search for candidates with relevant skills, screen the resumes for fake experience, qualify the right resources and shortlist them and submit to customer, follow up with the customer and ensure candidate attends the interview and gets selected • Use various tools such as LinkedIn, candidate databases and other means to search for candidates • Work with the Business Development team to staff and fill new customer requirements High energy and passion for recruiting • Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication • Strong team player with a great attitude • Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go-getter) • Ability to take ownership and get closures
