Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist in daily accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, preparing reports, and supporting the accounts team in day-to-day financial activities.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Handle daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Maintain bank records and perform bank reconciliation.
- Manage petty cash and employee reimbursement records.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments.
- Support salary processing and attendance-related records.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist senior accountant in monthly and yearly closing activities.
