• To directly manage Key Account(s), in accordance with agreed targets, goals and based on company guidelines, eliciting customer needs and building Mooving Battery service model Franchisee while ensuring understanding of all customer organizations and decision making processes. • To develop dedicated solution for the assigned clients; value creation through industry specific innovative developments and negotiate deals with customers in alignment with the business units (BU) and ensure rate sheets are documented and maintained as needed by the BU’s • To ensure compliance with the company's sales management processes and systems and ensures correct and timely updates. Handling customer relationship system (CRM) and monitor monthly performance against set targets, and ensure that immediate actions are taken in case of deviations (incl. timely / accurate reporting). • To ensure that account plan(s) are in place based on the Key Account Planning Process and template, and are signed off by the respective sales manage • To effectively hand over and transition new business into operations to ensure that customer requirements and Mooving Energy commitments are met • To conduct regular and structured review sessions with assigned customers including; process for continuous improvement and innovation, review of customer strategy and priorities as well as operational excellence delivery. A tool for that is to Conduct white-board session with strategic customers on yearly basis • Other Job related tasks & projects
