Understand the product technicality in-depth and be able to understand and classify customers based on their needs. 3. Experience in building a lead pipeline through prospecting and cold outreach. 4. The ability to handle multiple client accounts. 5. Following up new business opportunities and setting up online & offline meetings. 6. Communicating new App feature roadmaps to prospective clients. 7. Hands on experience in handling customer on-boarding, training, maintaining Relationship and understanding customer empathy. 8. Strong sense of customer satisfaction. 9. Customer On-boarding: new customer on-boarding by helping them realize the importance of our product. 10. Build and maintain healthy customer relationship with new clients. 11. Find new sales opportunities via cold calling and emails. 12. Perform effective online and offline demos to prospects & can convert into successful client. 13. Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments. Ideal Candidate: 1. Should be a good communicator and have an energetic work ethic. 2. Software selling experience is most preferred with strong experience with giving demos and closing sales. 3. Exceptional customer service skills. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but within a team environment. 6.
