POSITION SUMMARY: Working as a Clinic manager requires skills beyond clinical care. The job requires management skills, budgeting and business acumen, and leadership qualities. Communication and interpersonal skills are also vital. The following characteristics are common among successful clinic managers: Effective Communication Skills – Part of being an effective leader is listening to Doctor and patient concerns and communicating needs. Clinic managers must be able to build a solid rapport with all existing staff members, from the janitorial staff to Doctors, as well as patients to create cohesiveness. Job Description: A clinic manager is supposed to act like a S.P.O.C. between doctors and the patients. Looking after day-to-day Operations management. Entry of important information like patients' records, Vital Stats in the company dashboards. Refer patients to other services and sometimes scheduling appointments for patients. Guide and support participation in patient care delivery regularly. Draw blood samples. Dispense medicines under the supervision of the doctor. Act as a single point of contact between Meddo and the clinics. Report / Resolve the day-to-day operations issues.
