Looking for Sr. Quality engineer Candidate from a plastic polymer compounding experience having knowledge of Plastics, material and additives, incoming / online inspection, knowledge of testing equipment like MFI, Density, Tensile, Flexural, Color Matching. CIPET Pass out will be preferred. Salary up to Rs 25k pm. Note: DMLT/BMLT Pass out, kindly do not apply because this vacancy not for medical laboratory technicians. Job Highlights i. Managing all the field activities like Raw material, in-process and Finish Goods testing of Plastic material. ii. Should have knowledge of operating Injection Molding. iii. 3 –Point bending test, Impact test, MVR, Viscosity measurement etc iv. Having experience in MFI, I-Zod impact, Filler (AS-Content) and Tensile Tests. v. Updating and maintain testing record in barcode after test. vi. Having experience in color testing and manage color adjustment in continue production of engineering plastics vii. Knowledge of Lab safety and use of PPE’s during testing operations. viii. Basic knowledge ISO documentation ix. Maintaining housekeeping in Lab area. Requirements • Diploma in Plastic, B Sc or M Sc in polymer • 3 to 5 Years of experience in Engineering plastics QC/QA • Experience of operating equipment related to plastics testing • Experience in Master batch for engineering material related industry
