We are looking for a Loss & Prevention Specialist, for a chain of 80 + Clinics of Jiva Ayurveda, who will implement loss prevention procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent and minimize theft, and reduce shortages and fraud. What you will be doing Driving stock takes / inventory audits / process audits Controlling shrinkages Building and driving new processes with the objective of minimizing financial or material losses Maintaining inventory hygiene & minimizing cash shortages Driving process excellence Plan and carry out the internal audit function that includes the preparation of an audit plan Conducting periodic inspection of stores to ensure compliance as per SOPs Handling SOPs compliance audit on daily basis as per PJP schedule and submitting the audit reports to senior management. Involve in inventory auditing, random auditing, surprise auditing, cash auditing & assets auditing. Verification of CCTV Footage. Surprise Audits on every week & cover all the audits Check points (sales return, Physical verification of Cash, Registers verification, HVP Inventory. 6.Achieve proactive approach for loss prevention operations across the business. Maintaining records for negative inventories, implementing all process to control shrinkage end to end & check all warehouse documentation. Monitor incidences of miscalculation, misappropriation, thefts or frauds etc. An ideal candidate will have the following Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention strategies and procedures. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and documentation.
