Roles and Responsibilities Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, scheduling picking, and Inventory management to order fulfilment, Space utilization analysis & Scrap management. - Oversee warehouse operations - Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operations - Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times - Conduct quality check and ensure all items meet with the quality criteria. - Processing purchase orders fulfilment and dispatching. - To ensure order booking, scheduling pickups with the logistics partner. - To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines. - monitoring the in-transit orders ,overseeing slow moving and fast moving items - monitoring the exceptions deliveries and taking fast action to reattempt /return the order as per the situation - Operate on marketplaces i.e Amazon/Flipkart/ Meesho and others Desired Candidate Profile - Good knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas - Ability to understand, compose and reply to emails promptly - Willingness to learn new things at work - Problem solving attitude along with taking complete ownership of your role Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
