Roles and Responsibilities:  Implement processes specific to the project and client  Contribute to the lead generation and lead qualification vertical by use of internet technologies, voice process, and social media  Maintain relationships with gig workers and cross-functional teams  Update product knowledge on an ongoing basis  Monitoring lead generation gigger for developing quality leads  Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, and customer service  Implement company systems for customer interaction and voice response  Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures  Maintain consistent professional improvement through company provided workshops, tracking trends, and active participation in team projects  Identify gaps every day and solve them, also keep track on the quality and productivity of gigger.
