Looking for Operations Executive / Production Manager for Garments factory in Gurgaon Sector 37 Job Profile: 1) Handle day to day operations of factory and direct dealing with workers and getting the most out of them. 2) Handle ongoing orders, supervise production at factory, quality check and finish order before deadline 3) Handle purchases of raw material from vendors and day to day factory expenses 4) Plan daily and weekly schedule for factory including purchases, cutting, stitching, finishing, packaging and dispatches 5) Picking/Packaging/Labelling orders for e-commerce/Amazon/Flipkart and hand over to delivery executives before time cut off 6) Ensure proper packaging for Export orders with invoice, packing list, address label and hand over to delivery executive before time cut off 7) Warehouse keeping- Maintain records of available inventory of fabric, ready stock and work-in-progress, put leftover fabric back to inventory after job finishes and so on 8) Constant coordination between Master Ji, Karigars, Helpers and Office for all order details and further development.
