Job Description
Must have experience in Personal Loan & Overdraft telesales.
- Pitch personal loan and overdraft offers to prospective customers and effectively generate qualified leads
- Understand customer needs and requirements by asking appropriate questions and practicing active listening
- Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers to support conversion and completion of the loan process
- Must have prior experience in cold calling processes within sales or telesales environment
- Must possess strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to handle customer conversations effectively
