KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a team of Assistant Relationship Officers(Telecallers) and achieve sales targets assigned to the team Motivate, train lead the team towards successful outcomes Increase lead conversions from all team members Managing monitoring client portfolios and advising them on a regular basis Maintaining overall spread of business in order to deliver highest lead to disbursal conversion Ensure no losses or error occuried while assisting customer Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication. Adheres to and supports company policies and no practices. KEY EXPERIENCES REQUIRED 3-7 years of experience in sales of loans or any other banking financial product, preferably for online customers High-energy, positive attitude passion for Sales Excellent Communication Skills Good in quantitative aptitude Must be a graduate (BA/Bcom/B.Sc/BBA/MBA) Computer Savvy Candidate from Personal Loan Product will be given more preference Should have handled a team of at least 18-30 people Flexible to work for 6 days a week
