Key responsibilities of a pharmacist: Responsible for handling end to end operations of Dispensary. Responsible to prepare and dispense prescriptions, ensure medicines and doses are correct and counsel patients on the safe and appropriate use of their medications To perform the Dispensing and billing on software and ensuring the correct quantity, batch number, expiry date and price i.e selling price is mentioned in the invoice To Conduct proper inspection of materials/medicines received from Threpsi (Distributor) against relevant documents. To maintain records of all purchases, receipts and issue of drugs in RedBook (Billing Software) To Maintain all SOPs and compliances at store. To Stack and store medicines for easy retrieval of medicines. Responsible for reviewing the status of the available stock regularly and Medicines reordering on time to ensure stock availability. Responsible for Regular Physical stock verification. Responsible for Timely reporting of non-moving and expired stock To ensure that drugs are not stored beyond the expiry date and arranging for return of the near to expiry medicines. Should be confident and able to interact with the Patients. Should be able to Explain dosage and should have knowledge of Abbreviation used by the Doctors. To ensure that the medicines returned, if any, are in an intact pack and have not been opened or used partially prior to their return To ensure Proper layout setup cleanliness of the Store Responsible for Cash and Payment at Store. Update daily sales to the Doctor and DocOn team via shooting an email at the end of the day Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager Role Expectations: Must have Experience of 6 Months - 2 Yrs in similar role. Preferred candidates with diploma in Pharma or B.Pharma Having proper knowledge about medicines, reading prescriptions, abbreviations used. Must have knowledge of alternate medicines, substitutes if one brand is not available Must have knowledge of GRN and invoices. Should be able to manage invoicing and billing on software. Good Communication and analysing skills Basic knowledge of Computer, Microsoft office and Email. Knowledge of Billing software. Home location should be under 3 Km from assigned Clinic.
