Role & Responsibility • Will be responsible to the ensure Production Execute & Shipping on time every time anticipate and identify Production Problems & find solution that might affect the delivery. • Working closely with the merchandising, production and technical team. • Department budgets, running cost, efficiency, productivity, on time deliveries & profitability. • Very strong Co-ordination with HR to ensure the work force. • Implementing First Time Right concept. • Planning of the garments Production, Line Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring, WIP, Goods work Method, Maintenance knowledge. Achievement of the plan. Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing. • Responsible for Production Meeting, Waste control, timely delivery of all these styles from cut to pack. • Daily Basis Follow up of the Process. • Will be responsible for the Entire Production, Planning & Quality. • Reporting to Management of the Factory Daily Production. • Calculating Fabric consumption & Accessories and trims used for the orders. • Setting New Systems & environments to reduce production cost. • Monitoring the Production Process and adjusting schedules as needed. • Suggestion to the Production department regarding various steps taken at the time of sampling. • Coordinating with vendors to get on time production, negotiating with vendors and meet target production cost. • Achieving targets launch dates of production • Managing and training the team of merchandisers. • Follow strict quality control protocols and processes. • Getting new vendors onboard for production. • Visiting factories for compliance and quality checks. • Coordinate with accounts department for vendor payments.
