Responsibilities : Dough Preparation: Prepare the dough for making porottas by mixing the right proportions of flour, water, and other ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and taste. Rolling and Shaping: Skillfully roll and shape the dough into thin, round sheets, ensuring they are evenly stretched and thin to create soft and flaky porottas. Cooking: Cook the porottas on a hot griddle or tava, flipping and turning them to ensure they are cooked evenly and attain the right level of crispiness. Maintaining Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly, to adhere to food safety standards. Recipe Variations: Be knowledgeable about various porotta recipes and techniques, including stuffed porottas or variations with different flours or flavors. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of porottas by inspecting their texture, taste, and appearance to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards. Customer Service: Interact with customers, take their orders, and provide them with freshly made porottas while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
