Validation & IQC Engineer Candidate must have an experience in LED lighting Industry (Indoor and Outdoor) downlighters, tubelight, flood lights , etc Design test plans and test cases to validate new product and improve existing product. Responsible to develop new product and revalidate existing products Calibrate to all instruments periodically and maintain record. Record test results and analyze the gaps. Provide technical support to production line supervisor and technicians. Check and approve incoming materials by ensuring the quality of products as per specifications Conducting visual and measurement materials. Rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. Continuously monitor the quality and analyze the issue for better improvement as per Kaizen. Monthly report and maintain data in system. Prepare vendor rating by coordinating with purchase team Maintain SMT rejection data and follow up corrective actions. Maintain IQC lot rejection trend and follow up corrections Candidate must have an experience in LED lighting Industry (Indoor and Outdoor) downlighters, tubelight, flood lights , etc
