Maintain smooth laboratory work flow. 5. Strong and efficient Verbal and Written Communication Skills. 6. Promote good customer relation with all Clients. 7. Must have strong Knowledge ISO 17025 & Must have implemented the same in any Lab. 8. Organizing Training, Programs, Seminars & Workshops in Quality & Technology. 9. Maintaining liaison with Accreditation bodies - NABL & other external bodies. 10. To plan & organize internal audit and ILC. 11. Review customer feedback including customer complaints Education Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience in a Testing Laboratory Industry: Testing Laboratory • Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans.
