Analysis of data taken from SAP for cost reduction. • Employee engagement for continual improvement through quality circles & kaizens. • ISO 9001:2015, CMMI_SVC, ITSM (ISO 20000), ISMS (ISO 27001:2013), ISO 14001:2015, implementation, coordination with other department and preparation of audit for these systems. • Training to the employee through coordination with external parties to enhance awareness regarding different systems like (ISO: 9001:2015, ISO 20000, ISO 27001:2013, CMMI_SVC, ISO 14001:2015, TS: 16949:2009) & implementation in the organization.
