Plan & execute promotional activities setting canopies to promote the projects of the Very strong communication & interpersonal skills. Candidates with existing builder relationships will be preferred. Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations. Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits Candidate should have experience in leasing of houses and flats. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. DESIRED PROFILE : Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
