Job Title: Risk Manager (Algo) Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks Good knowledge of Admin functionality Should understand the process of limit setting as well as other RMS process with the ability to adapt to improving technology Cross checking beginning of day (BOD) activities before market starts Monitoring activation and deactivation to trading terminal Hands on experience to carry out all risk assessment for the equity trade Capability to take proactive measure to mitigate risk Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in handling Equity RMS Evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences Audit processes and procedures Any good strategy for algorithm trading must aim to improve trading revenue and cut costs of trading. The most popular strategies are arbitrage, index fund re balancing, mean reversion, and market timing. Other strategies are scalping, transaction cost reduction, and pairs trading. 2. Candidates having experience in option based arbitrage strategies (like spreads, box, etc) shall be preferred.
