DAILY BRANCH ACTIVITY 1) Material Inward Entry in Tally and Generation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) 2) Submission of Purchase bills along with GRN & PO after due verification 3) Stock Dispensing — FIFO — Batch No wise 4) Tally entries on Stocks issues, consumption & Production 5) Daily Sales report to be generated (Quantity) C. WEEKLY BRANCH ACTIVITIY 7) Stock Reports 8) Physical Stock Reconciliation with Tally 9) Stock Indent to HO for branch transfers D. MONTHLY BRANCH AC1VITY 10) Physical Verification of Stock with Tally. SALES 1. Generation of Proforma Invoice (PI) to customers 2. Official Purchase order from customers to be obtained 3. Verification of Purchase orders received i.e., Rates, Credit Terms, Credit Limit, PDC etc., 4. Co-ordinating with HO for BID approval and invoicing 5. Dispatch of Goods along with documents viz., Invoice, e-waybill, etc., 6. Transportation co-ordination 7. Obtaining and submission of delivery acknowledgement 8. Daily Sales Report to be generated WEEKLY 1) Pending Sales Orders Report 2) Sales Movement Report 3) Submission of Sales Acknowledgements MONTHLY 1. Transport Analysis with respect to Cost & Efficiency 2. Transport Bill Verification and submission. COLLECTION 1. Generation of Outstanding report 2. Report on Receivables 3. Submission of Weekly collection plan 4. Daily Collection Report 5. Daily follow up with Sales Team & Customer 6. Weekly Collection Status 7. Review of Problematic accounts – Weekly.
