We are actively looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive’s responsibilities including Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with guests. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate guest needs. • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options and establishing new business links. • Monitor and analyse sales performance, trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth. • Maintains relationships with Guest by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements and handling guest questions, inquiries and complaints. • Sales reporting and reviewing performance. • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Oversee the management of all OTA sales channels, including Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, and other relevant OTAs. • Collecting database and adding corporate business regularly.
