Job description Roles and Responsibilities Interact with existing/new clients regarding any queries they raise on socials • Develop and execute best practice in business development and client management systems. • Develop close relations with clients; update them with latest information, running discounts and look-books • Prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat, or instant message • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order, or have received faulty products • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records • Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure • Check product availability for customer orders and order or re-stock items if necessary to satisfy the customer • 10. Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery Basic Requirements- The ideal candidate is a proven performer with high customer obsession and Think Big capability. Ideally, should come with a proven track record of success at driving top sales results, partnering cross-functionally, and professionally representing client needs/perspectives to the rest of the organization. • 2-7 years of experience in business development or Sales. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are a must. • Capability of managing and growing complex business relationship at scale. • Strong analytical thinker is a must. • Willingness to learn, in detail, about the apparel E-commerce market • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs. • Track record of personally closing complex deals end-to-end. • Confident & Competent to represent company's profile to clients. • Can thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments. • Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues. • Strong attention to detail, and good follow-through. • To be a part of a dynamic work environment while interacting with a wide array of individuals with varying job roles and experiences.
