Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property. 6. Participate in Seminars, Events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network. 7. New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers and maintaining strong relationship with new clients. 8. Manage client query on the phone and convert into a personal meeting. 9. Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs and arrange a site visit for the customer. 10. Visit properties to assess them before showing them to client. 11. Provide beneficial advice and support to clients and maintained formal documents and records. 12. Excellent communicator and confident to be able to give information and understand the customer’s needs. 13. Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability as well as ability to work independently. 14. Should be target driven, good communication and negotiation skills, enjoy networking and meeting new people. 15. Good communication and written skills.
