The On-Field Marketers are responsible for the marketing of the products to end customers. This includes product promotion, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities: Actively promote company products and services to potential customers in a retail environment. Sell company products to customers in a retail environment with a focus on achieving personal and store sales goals. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about company products and services Drive the sales process with the customer, from discovery to close Build strong relationships with key decision makers in target accounts, such as managers and owners of the Organization or upcoming businesses Regularly visit offices to increase customer awareness of the product, establish rapport with staff, and identify potential new customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate records of customer activity Keep the manager or owner informed of new products, services, and promotional offers. Regularly report on sales activity to the management team. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and queries in a timely manner Work with Marketing to develop advertising campaigns that promote new products or services. Requirements: Any Graduate with relevant skills and experience can apply. Minimum of 1-year experience as an On Field Marketer. Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure.
