Job Description: To train the Inside Tele-Sales Team for Healthcare Product. Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement Create a training schedule that includes all areas of Product, Process, SOP and Company Policies Build rapport with trainees and encourage them to develop trust in Company Product and Process On-board new hires and train them in our Product, policies and procedures Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure the quality of training. Requirement: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA Preferred) 2+ years’ experience of training to Tele sales Team (Healthcare and Ed-Tech Preferred) Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skill Experience designing and implementing training Module Good Presentation Skill Sales experience a plus
