Job Description - Inbound operations: Key responsibilities: MM - Lead the procurement workstream through required decision making to develop a shared view of common items like; MM and SD. - Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of procurement processes, governance, roles and responsibilities and business integration points at an operational and execution level - Processing of the Purchase i.e Creation / Modification / Cancellation of PO/PR in SAP along with MIGO and MIRO - Manage all types of Physical Claims (Damage / DOA / Missing / Wrong / Excess / Vendor Returns / RMA / Stock Rotation) - Submission of Physical Claims with Vendors on-time. - Sole responsibility of handling MMand also responsibility of handling WM. Understand End User requirements and translate into SAP solution - Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management in MM area Work with SAP MM team and provide missing technical and operational expertise for Major Incident Management - Provide support of Major Incident Management in MM and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidents related to MM - Initiate return PO's in SAP and process return shipments thru Outbound Logistics to Vendor. - Follow-up for Credit Note / Replacement - Track GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Expertise in defining of material determination of products and procedures and assigning of condition tables /access sequence. SD - Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP SD and SAP GTS. - Facilitate the support of SAP SD with preferable experience to work in Retail industry - Raise SO, delivery of the material and invoices and check on the billing due list Enterprise Structure , master Data configuration , Sales Process , Logistics Execution process , Billing Credit Management & Configuration Pricing Functional expertise :Pre- sales Activities such as inquiry and quotation and major business activities such as Pricing , Billing , shipping Transportation Credit Management Define output Determination and maintain Sales Docs/Sales Activities and Billing Types Proficient in customizing different sales Orders such as Standard Sales Order , Rush sales Order and cash sales order Expert in Shipping Point Determination , Route Determination backward Delivery Scheduling Partial and complete delivery Expert resource for customizing allocation of Free of Charge items and customization for free charge , delivery return orders and Credit Memo and Debit memo Pricing Experience : Configuration of Condition Types, Condition Types , Condition tables and Access Sequence Maintaining Pricing procedures Creation of Condition Records Special pricing Function such as condition exclusion and analysis of Pricing Billing Experience: Configure Billing documents based on billing types Expertise in Configuring Billing Types KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: This role requires: - Experience in procurement process transformation in SAP programmes/projects - Knowledge of SAP MM (including Procurement and Inventory Management) - Knowledge of SAP SD (including Sales, Delivery and Invoice) - IBDN (Inbound Delivery Note) in SAP. - The person will have experience at working with blended teams to ensure delivery of major SAP transformation.
