Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess system functionality. Routine Inspections: Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Identify and address potential problems before they lead to system failures. Refrigerant Handling: Handle refrigerants in accordance with industry regulations and environmental standards. This includes proper storage, disposal, and adherence to safety guidelines for working with refrigeration gases. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities, repairs, and installations. Document equipment specifications, work performed, and any replacement parts used. Emergency Repairs: Respond to emergency HVAC repair calls promptly, especially during extreme weather conditions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to restore system functionality and ensure occupant comfort. Customer Interaction: Interact with clients and building occupants professionally, providing information on HVAC systems, explaining maintenance procedures, and offering advice on optimizing system performance. Address customer concerns and inquiries effectively.
