Job Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead and coordinate the engineering activities within the discipline.
• Ensure that engineering designs and solutions align with project objectives and client requirements.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil) to guide and support the engineering team.
• Stay in tune with industry best practices, standards, and technological advancements.

Design and Analysis:

• Oversee the development and review of engineering designs, specifications, and drawings within the discipline.
• Perform technical analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of engineering solutions.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality assurance and control processes within the discipline.
• Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company guidelines.

Budget and Schedule Management:

• Work closely with project managers to develop and manage project budgets and schedules for the engineering discipline.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed to meet project milestones.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and other technical professionals within the discipline.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Client Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality engineering services and meeting project requirements.
