Job Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate the engineering activities within the discipline. Ensure that engineering designs and solutions align with project objectives and client requirements. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil) to guide and support the engineering team. Stay in tune with industry best practices, standards, and technological advancements. Design and Analysis: Oversee the development and review of engineering designs, specifications, and drawings within the discipline. Perform technical analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of engineering solutions. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance and control processes within the discipline. Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company guidelines. Budget and Schedule Management: Work closely with project managers to develop and manage project budgets and schedules for the engineering discipline. Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed to meet project milestones. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers and other technical professionals within the discipline. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide technical solutions. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality engineering services and meeting project requirements.
