Job Description

Executive Support

  • Manage Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, vendors, architects, builders, and dealers.
  • Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prioritize daily tasks and business commitments for the Director.

Business Coordination

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Accounts, and Operations teams.
  • Track project status, quotations, payments, dispatches, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain business reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Assist in monitoring key business performance metrics.

Client & Vendor Management

  • Handle communication with key clients, builders, developers, architects, and channel partners.
  • Ensure timely responses to business inquiries.
  • Coordinate meetings and project discussions with stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Draft professional emails, business letters, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidential records and management documents.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.

Digital & CRM Coordination

  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, and social media activities.
  • Monitor business opportunities and important customer interactions.


Required Skills

Must Have

✔ 3–5 years experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Coordinator, or Management Assistant

✔ Experience in:

  • Architectural Hardware
  • Door Hardware
  • Building Materials
  • Construction Industry
  • Real Estate Industry
  • Interior Products Industry

✔ Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)

✔ Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

✔ Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Google Sheets
  • CRM Software
  • WhatsApp Business

✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills


Preferred Candidate

  • Female Candidate Preferred
  • Graduate / MBA preferred
