Job description: We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our design team and lead us in our design projects. You will be required to oversee the design projects from end to end, starting from conceptualization to completion. You will also need to coordinate with the copy team and lead your design team toward producing high-quality designs. Key responsibilities: ● Conceptualizing design projects and working on their execution ● Guide teams toward finishing projects and campaigns ● Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery ● Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics for social media/ads ● Ensure the design team and junior designers are producing quality work ● Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices Eligibility: ● Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role ● Strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities in concept and designing ● Experience in an advertising agency environment preferred ● Hands-on experiences with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator ● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment ● Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
