Identification of potential customers  Generating of enquiries and offering suitable machines to the customers.  Follow up for the order and techno-commercial discussion with regional customers.  Negotiation and conversion of enquiries into orders.  Responsible for maintaining smooth flow of work within department, between departments and regions also resolving inter departmental conflicts.  Responsible for sales target-setting, allocating to constituents and achieving goals.  Ensuring company stays on schedule in all respect of sales and sales admin activities.  Exploring and development of opportunities which are fruitful for the organization.  Resolving customer complaints relating to sales and sales admin process.  Keeping tab on competitor’s activities compiling movement information and advising all constituents to stay ahead.  Effective coordination with all domestic and overseas visitors internal and external relating to the functions.  Coordination for shipment to regions.  Coordinate for commissioning, runoff. Coordinate with MA&MT for shipment.  Cordial relation with customers for post sales and for future business generation with existing and potential customers.
