• Work with cross functional teams on seamless design and implementation of highly scalable digital marketing collaterals • Developing engaging and impactful designs that maintain consistency and accuracy across all messaging to established brand guidelines • Executing all visual design stages from conceptualization to final outcome and working with respective stakeholders as per business requirements • Communicate effectively and clearly and hold client communications, if needed. • Website management and creation from the designing aspect • Support both web as well as print designing requirements • Design and layout of print materials for all marketing collaterals – gif animations, infographic, e-books, social media creative, landing pages, EDMs etc. • Work closely with the Content team to ensure all designs have a consistent tone of voice and represent the brand across channels. • Ability to create new templates & layouts as per brand guidelines Requirements: • Excellent working knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design. Good understanding of graphic design and a basic understanding of design principles • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience • Knowledge of Dreamweaver, After effects etc. • Adeptness with leading design software packages • Work in a fast paced innovative environment and be cool under pressure. Desirable Skills: • Experience in creation of animated banner / video banner • Understanding of designing wireframes. • Basic knowledge of video editing • Candidate with the digital agency background would be preferred
