Job Description

Summary: We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates till their final induction. Responsibilities:- ● Designing and updating job descriptions, drafting emails to attract passive candidates. ● Sourcing potential candidates from various online hiring and other platforms. ● Screen incoming resumes and application forms. ● Scheduling and taking interviews of the candidates. ● Monitoring and controlling the recruitment source mix. ● Other responsibilities of daily operations like payroll, employee engagement, etc… ● Completion of all new location hiring within the needful timeline and ensuring that their respective training should get completed. ● Coordinating with Business Leaders from time to time to ensure timely delivery. ● Ensuring quality induction and completion of joining formalities. ● Attendance & Payroll Management, solving employee concerns like salary issues. ● Coordinating with training dept for training allocation & quality training check during training and managing all HR related activities. Job Requirement:- ● Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter in NBFC/ Banking Finance/HR Consultant (specializing in BFSI hiring). ● Expertise in social media and professional platforms like Naukri/ Linkedin/Monster/Indeed etc ● Experience with other sourcing techniques/ referral programs. ● Good verbal and written communication skills.
