About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Content Manager to manage the complete digital presence of the current Mrs. Globe winner. The role requires someone who understands personal branding, lifestyle content, pageant positioning, and social media storytelling. The candidate will handle all content creation, daily posting, and Instagram management to maintain and elevate her public image.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Instagram handle and social media presence of the Mrs. Globe title holder.
• Create and execute a strategic monthly content calendar focused on fashion, lifestyle, pageantry, events, and brand collaborations.
• Plan, script, and oversee reels, photoshoots, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write high-quality captions that reflect her personality, achievements, and brand tone.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and PR contacts during events.
• Capture real-time content during appearances, interviews, visits, and shoots.
• Monitor engagement, insights, and audience growth; share weekly/monthly analytics reports.
• Research trends and create content that maintains her as a premium lifestyle and pageant influencer.
• Manage basic editing of photos/reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, VN, etc.
• Ensure consistent branding, aesthetics, and online reputation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media/content management.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, fashion, lifestyle, and influencer-style content.
• Ability to manage high-profile personality pages with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with Instagram growth, reels strategy, and analytics.
• Ability to work flexible hours during events, shows, and travel.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
