Store Manager Work experience: 1-3 Yrs. of experience with Shop Floor/Store Assistant in Automobile Industry Job Purpose: The Vehicle Parts Storekeeper will oversee the replacement parts inventory for the company’s fleet of trucks and automobiles, maintain orderly storage areas and accurate records, and purchase required parts and assemblies. The responsibilities and duties section is the most important part of the job description: • Recruit and hire staff for the store to meet the needs of customers. • Complete schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store’s staff. • Train new employees and provide continuing education and training to current employees. • Track and implement financial quotas for the store and staff based on the stated financial goals of the business. • Manage store inventory. • Evaluate staff quarterly and replace staff as needed based on performance-based metrics. • Should have worked on Tata Motors CRM in Commercial Vehicle Segment. • We need experienced personnel only. Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Basic understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems. • Basic mathematical skills to develop and maintain invoices and inventories. • Proficient with or able to quickly learn the inventory system. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • At least two years of experience in an automotive or truck parts warehouse, repair centre, dealership, or similar facility highly preferred. Physical Requirement: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Salary Bracket: 20k to 25k
