Job Description
Job Responsibilities of Store Manager (Spare Parts) Manage inventory for Spare parts of various vehicles, interact with Suppliers to send enquiries and collect quotations. Measure and monitor progress and results daily. Oversee the Flow of Parts. All day long, every day, parts are flowing in and out of the shop. To Plan , Order and manage full inventory of Spares on a regular basis for Hero Parts Oversees computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies. Dispenses parts to service mechanics. Identifies optimum sources for replacement parts and assemblies. To make sure that repair operations are performed in time, and avoiding the costs of excessive inventory. To Price Parts for Estimates and to create PO's and Order Parts for Jobs. Manage Inventory and plan. Order parts in advance. Receives and inspects incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality of materials. Processes invoices for payments and maintains proper records. To negotiate, interact and manage relationships with auto parts (bikes) vendors. Provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff at all times Continuously search for ways to improve all aspects of our enterprise Note candidates from automotive industry will be preferable (Two Wheeler)
